Description:
The AN/ALQ-131 is an external electronic countermeasures pod designed to provide aircraft protection against radar directed weapons. More than 1,350 ALQ-131s have been produced for the United States and 11 allied countries.
The ALQ-131 ECM pod has been installed on the F-16, F-111, A-10, F-4, F-15, and C-130 aircraft.
