Description:
The TALD is an aircraft launched tactical glide decoy equipped with radar active and passive radar repeaters. It has been designed to saturate enemy air radar systems. It can be launched at low and high altitudes performing a wide variety of pre-programmed maneuvers and multiple flight patterns.
The TALD decoy was deployed for the first time during the Gulf War achieving impressive results. The US Navy and the Air Force of Israel are the sole users of the TALD air-launched decoy.
