Description: The Kh-29 is a short range, supersonic air-to-surface missile intended to destroy hardened targets. It has been integrated on the Mig-27, Su-17, Su-22, Su-24 and Su-25 soviet attack aircraft, as well as on other soviet-made aircraft. It is the Soviet counterpart to proven AGM-65 Maverick and AS30L missiles.

The Kh-29D features an infrared guidance system.
