Description: The US Army's Future Fighting Vehicle (FFV) is a program aimed at developing several (three) design concepts for an armored vehicle intended as the replacement for the Bradley family. The next generation Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) will benefit from the Ground Combat Vehicle (GCV) program as well as emerging technologies with improved modeling and simulation (M&S). General Dynamics was awarded the FFV phase 1 contract worth $28 million on June 2, 2015. Phase 1 will be completed by the end of 2016. Program canceled and replaced by the OMFV.
