Description: The 2A46, also referred to as the D-81T, is a 125mm smoothbore gun derived from the 2A45 towed anti-tank gun. It was developed to fit into the T-64 main battle tank and can fire the AT-8 anti-tank guided missile. It was introduced in the late 1960s. It was also provided to the early versions of the T-72 and T-80 tanks. All in, more than 20,000 2A46 cannons were produced for the T-64, T-72 and T-80 tanks.
