The AK-306 comprises the 30mm six-barrel GSh-6-30L automatic anti-aircraft cannon and a 500 rounds magazine. The weapon system has a maximum range of 5,000 meters against surface targets and 4,000 meters against airborne targets. The AK-306 is lighter than AK-360 gun system.
