Description: The Royal Ordnance, now a part of BAE Systems, L30 is a 120mm rifled tank gun developed as the successor to the L11 primary gun on the Challenger main battle tanks. The L30 gun barrel is 55 calibers long and has a service life of 1,500 shots. The L30 was introduced with the British Army in 1989.
