Description: The Ra'd, Thunder in English, is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) developed by Iran capable of delivering high precision attacks against targets on the ground at short ranges. It is manufactured in Iran at a plant in the northern province of Mazandaran. The Rad has been optimized for flights at low altitude and features low radar cross section. The existence and mass production launch of the Rad UAV was reported by the Iranian press in early February 2010.
