Combat Helicopters

The inclusion criteria for deagel's guide to Combat Helicopters is based on: attack helicopters armed with anti-tank weapons such as  AH-64 Apache and Tiger; assault- attack helicopters such as Mi-24; and unmanned combat rotorcrafts such as UCAR that could eventually replace existing attack helicopters in the third decade of this century.

Typically, attack helicopters are assigned to land forces paving the way for armored forces and taking out enemy armored formations. They can be used as ground attack aircraft using missiles, rockets and guns.
