Description: The Ka-92 is a commercial helicopter being developed by Kamov to carry passenger and cargo over ranges of 1,400 kilometers cruising at 400 kilometer per hour. The new aircraft features a rigid coaxial rotor which allows for a maximum speed of 500 kilometers per hour. It will able to transport up to 30 passengers providing key access to remote regions within Russia such as Siberia, Far East and Grand North. According to Kamov, the Ka-92 high-speed helicopter represents the fifth generation rotary-wing aircraft technology.
