Description:
The Sauro IV-class coastal submarines are the last derivative of Italian Sauro submarines featuring improved sonar system and greater displacement than previous models.
The Italian Navy is currently evaluating the possibility of installing sub-Harpoon anti-ship missiles on these submarines.
