Description: The Corsar is a light portable anti-tank missile system developed by Luch Design Bureau in Ukraine and comprising a firing post and a missile inside a container. The Corsar anti-tank missile's tandem hollow charge warhead is designed to destroy moving and stationary targets including main battle tanks equipped with explosive reactive armor (ERA). Besides, this weapon system can take out field fortifications, light armored vehicles, unmanned aircraft at low speed and low altitudes as well as helicopters. The missile has a maximum range of 2,500 meters in 10 seconds and its guidance is semi-automatic utilizing a laser beam. The Corsar missile system is intended to enter service by the end of 2013.
