Description: The SkyCeptor interceptor is a variant of the Stunner missile and intended to destroy incoming cruise missiles and ballistic missiles and other airborne threats at short ranges. The SkyCeptor is offered with and without booster to defeat threats at longer ranges such as short and medium-range ballistic missiles. The missile guidance combines infrared and radar active seeker and uses hit-to-kill principle to neutralize the target because it is not fitted with a warhead. The SkyCeptor was developed by Raytheon and is being offered as of late 2019 for air defense systems developed by Poland.
