Description: The High Capacity Communications Capability, or HC3, is a US Army program meant to provide the next generation communications satellite. HC3 is based on re-configuration satellite communications terminals to provide soldiers with high-capacity, multiband, multimode connectivity. The program will use current and future satellite communications networks and will be integrated into the US Army's future force communications architecture. So far, industry teams are preparing their bids for the US Army HC3 program which stays at its early phase.
