Description: The Avenger FLIR is an infrared imaging system used to acquire, track and identify airborne targets during day/night and under adverse weather conditions. It features SPRITE detector technology, a high reliability resonant cooler, a continuous zoom telescope, and a high resolution display that is visible in direct sunlight.

The Avenger FLIR is an integral part of the US Army's Avenger air defense weapon system.
