Description: The CASTA-2E2, also known as 39N6E, is a solid state, UHF-band, mobile radar intended to acquire airborne targets in intense clutter and jamming environment and to identify them as friend or foe (IFF) as well. It is suggested that the 39N6E radar is able to acquire stealth airborne targets. It can be integrated into air, coastal, border defense systems and air traffic control systems.

The CASTA-2E2 radar system comprises a hardware truck, antenna truck, and a mobile power station. The whole system can be airlifted by C-130/An-12 cargo aircraft.
