Description: IAI Elta EL/I-3310 is a coastal surveillance system capable of operating 24/7 in all-weather conditions protecting coastal borders. The system includes fixed and mobile coastal stations, a communications system, Communications Intelligence (COMINT) Directional Finder (DF) to vessel communications, and a Command, Control, Communications & Computing Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Center (C4ISR). EL/I-3310 provides critical information to Coast Guard, Police, Customs and Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS).

Elta's EL/I-3310 coastal surveillance system flexibility allows for a wide range of missions such as: Vessel Traffic Control; Preventing illegal activities in littoral waters; Preventing illegal fishing and piracy; Search and Rescue (SAR) operations; Creating a comprehensive situation awareness picture of the naval theater. In late October 2006 IAI Elta sold an EL/I-3310 system worth $15 million to an undisclosed customer from Central America.
