Description: The M61A1 is a 20mm Gatling gun designed to provide air-to-air and air-to-surface engagement capability to modern fighter aircraft. The gun fires at 6,000 rounds per minute and places a controlled dispersion of projectiles in the path of the target.

The M61A1 gun has been designed to provide 100,000 shots through its entire life.
