Description: Flash (Folding Light Acoustic System for Helicopters) is a low-frequency, airborne dipping sonar designed to provide shallow and blue waters search capability for ASW helicopters.

The Flash dipping sonar has been integrated on the EH101 Merlin, SH-60, Cougar, and NH90 NFH helicopters.
