Description: The Kh-65 missile is a tactical derivative of Kh-55 cruise missile. Its range has been reduced to 500-600 km while retains the same navigation system of the Kh-55 missile. The Kh-65 missile has been designed to attack high value targets protected by air defense systems and aircraft. In fact, the Kh-65 can be considered as a conventional standoff weapon/cruise missile.

The Russian attack aircraft, such as Su-24 Fencer and Su-30/32/34, will use the Kh-65 missile to attack ground targets from standoff ranges.
