Description: The VLA 6x6 is a family of all wheel drive military trucks developed by ACMAT and capable of carrying an 8-ton payload at ranges of up to1,000 km depending on the load with two fuel tanks totaling 365-l (210-l + 155-l). The vehicle's cab accommodates a two-man crew. The VLA 6x6 is powered by a 6 cylinder Perkins turbo diesel engine rated at 210-hp. VLA vehicles are air transportable by means of tactical transport aircraft such as C-130 Hercules and C-160 Transall. The WPK 655 SH/STL and WPK 665 SH/STL are shelter carrier vehicles.
