Description: The Electro-Optical Sensor System (EOSS) is and advanced targeting and navigation system designed for the US Army RAH-66 Comanche scout and attack helicopter. It uses focal plane array and digital imaging technologies. It comprises a solid state TV, a two-color laser designator/rangefinder, and 2 second generation FLIRs.

The EOSS will search for targets at high-speed and extended are than current systems, while provide night and adverse-weather flight capability.
