Description: The MK 92 is a X-band fire control system suitable for installation on frigates, corvettes, Coast Guard cutters and fast attack craft introduced in the 1970s. The X-band radar provides surveillance, target tracking and weapon fire control capability. More than 125 shipboard sets have been produced by Lockheed Martin to date for the US Navy, the US Coast Guard and international customers. The MK 92 fire control system in service with nine different navies worldwide. More than 70 MK 92s were provided to Oliver Hazard Perry (FFG 7) class frigates.
