Description: The Babur-2 is an air-launched cruise missile (ALCM) intended to hit targets deep inside enemy territory from safe ranges. The Babur-2 is a variant developed on the basis of the longer-range Babur cruise missile. The Babur-2 can carry a variety of payloads including both nuclear and conventional warheads. The first test-firing of this new missile was carried out by the Pakistani Air Force in December 2016.
