Description: The Khalij Fars or Khalid Farzh is a solid-propellant, single-stage, supersonic anti-ship missile derived from the Fateh-110 surface-to-surface ballistic missile. The Mach 3 Khalij Fars anti-ship ballistic missile has an estimated range of 300 kilometers carrying a warhead of 650-kilogram. It was first unveiled in February 2011 and was successfully launched during Great Prophet 6 military drills in the Persian Gulf by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard in early July 2011.
