Description: RT-20P, also known as the SS-15 Scrooge, was the first road-mobile Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) developed by the Soviet Union. It features a first stage with solid propellant and a second stage using liquid propellant. RT-20P was never deployed.
