Description: RT-21, SS-16 Sinner US/NATO designation, was a mobile Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) intended for both deployment on road-mobile platforms and silos. It was equipped with a single nuclear warhead. Its propulsion system was based upon three-stage configuration feed by solid propellant. Its deployment and production was halted in the middle of the 1980s following disarmament treaties between the United States and the Soviet Union.
