Description: The Shahab-4, which means "shooting star" in Farsi, is a medium range ballistic missile being developed in Iran to hit targets at ranges between 2,000 and 3,000 kilometers. At the end of 2007 the Shahab-4 was still in early stages of development. The Shahab-4 may be intended to attack targets located in Israel and/or Europe.
