Description: The TL-10 Kowsar is a long-range anti-ship missile developed in Iran. It has a maximum range of 120 kilometers. The missile was first test fired by the Iranian Armed Forces in November 2006 during military exercises in the Persian Gulf. The Kowsar could be used for a blockade of the Persian Gulf in the Strait of Hormuz area using both warships and ground-based launch sites.
