Description: The Spectrum Aeronautical S-40 Independence is a seven-to-ten passengers, twin-engine, mid-size business jet capable of traveling ranges of 2,200 nautical miles. Powered by two GE Honda HF120 turbofan engines, each rated at 2,095-lb of thrust, can achieve a top speed of 440 knots. The Freedom jet will be built utilizing advanced carbon fiber epoxy construction technologies. This jet is intended to compete with Learjet 60, Citation XLS and Gulfstream G150 aircraft.
