Description: The Schweizer 333 is a light, single-turbine powered helicopter developed by Schweizer Aircraft suitable for law enforcement patrol, commercial and military flight training, power line/pipeline patrol, personal use and lift operations. The aircraft features low acquisition and direct operating costs in the single-turbine helicopter segment. The Schweizer 333 helicopter spacious cabin offers superb visibility and a seating capacity for up to four passengers, usually three passengers. It is powered by a single Rolls-Royce Model 250-C20W engine driving a three-bladed main rotor and a two-bladed tail rotor. The helicopter features outstanding low noise signature, reliability, crashworthy airframe and flight performance.

The Schweizer Model 333 was selected by Northrop Grumman as the basis for the RQ-8 Fire Scout Vertical Takeoff Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (VTUAV) used by the United States Armed Forces.
