Description: The Saab Waterborne Anti-IED Security Platform, or Sea Wasp, is a small, remote-controlled submersible intended to dispose underwater mines. The Sea Wasp is outfitted with its own sonar and electric arm and can be carried by two people weighing less than 200 pounds. As of May 2016 the US Navy and FBI were testing the first prototypes with the main shortfall being low visibility at lower depths.
