Description: 2S4 Tyulpan, also known as the SM-240, is a 240mm self-propelled mortar utilizing a tracked chassis. It was fielded by the Soviet Army in the mid-1970s being called the M-1975 by the United States military. This self-propelled mortar carries 12 240mm mortar rounds. A 12.7mm machine gun was provided as secondary armament.
