Description: The 3-Dimensional Expeditionary Long-Range Radar (3DELRR) is land-based radar designed as the replacement for the United States Air Force (USAF) AN/TPS-75 long-range radar systems. The 3DELRR will detect, identify, track and report aircraft and missiles. As of June 2009, the USAF has selected two industry teams and plans to award a single source development system contract in 2011. The final contract was awarded to Raytheon on October 6, 2014. On May 11, 2017, Raytheon was awarded a $53 million contract for the 3DELRR radar development by 2020.
