Description: The RLM-D is an L-band active electronically scanned array (AESA) mobile radar system designed to conduct air surveillance. The L-band radar provides fine tracking of incoming targets to generate an accurate track suitable for guidance of new and legacy surface-to-air missiles. The RLM-D is a further development of the Protivnik-GE radar system integrated onto the BAZ-6909 8x8 truck system. The radar system can operate in agile search and track mode or in conventional circular scan regime with the antenna rotating mechanically. The RLM-D radar was developed by NNIIRT as a key component of the Nebo-M multifunctional radar system.
