Description: The Rezonans-NE is a very high frequency (VHF) radar system designed to provide early warning against stealth aircraft and stealth cruise missiles as well as tracking and classification. Besides, the Rezonans-NE is capable of detecting and tracking ballistic missiles and hypersonic aerial vehicles in heavy electronic countermeasures (ECM) and clutter environment as well as a wide range of current and planned low observable air threats. The VHF radar is also capable of providing tracking of this array of targets at long ranges to designate them to a command and control (C2) center or a weapon system such as an air defense system. The Rezonans-NE system consists of up to four container housed antenna modules covering 90-degree in azimuth and operating independently. Operating all together the four radar antenna modules cover 360-degree occupying a 100x100 meters area. The Rezonans-NE radar system can detect air target at ranges between 10 and 1,100 kilometers and flying at an altitude of up to 100 kilometers while tracking up to 500 targets. A fighter-sized target can be detected at a distance of 350 kilometers.
