Description: The Vinyetka-EM is a towed array sonar system designed for surface ships and designed to detect incoming torpedoes, submarines and surface ships operating in active mode. The towed array can detect a 10-meter diameter target at ranges of 14 to 15 kilometers while being towed at speeds below 18 knots. This sensor has been designed for operation in conjunction with the Zarya-ME sonar suite.
