Description: The YU-20, unofficial name, is a new tanker aircraft being developed by China based upon the Y-20 strategic airlifter. The development of the new tanker aircraft is expected to support the future capabilities growth by the Chinese Armed Forces. China announced the development of the new aerial refueling aircraft in late November 2018 and is expected to enter service in the first half of the 2020s.
