Description: The Russian Air Force Yermak is a new military strategic transport aircraft intended as the replacement for the Antonov An-124 plane. The Yermak will be able to lift a 100-ton payload and will be powered by a new engine based upon the PD-14 turbofan with a thrust of 30-ton at takeoff. The Russian Air Force plans call for the procurement of the new strategic transport aircraft before 2024.
