Description: The 9M311 is a Surface-to-Air Missile (AM) featuring a semi-active radar guidance system. It is intended against rotary and fixed wing aircraft flying at a maximum speed of Mach 1.5 and at altitudes between 15 and 3,500 meters. The 9M311 missile is associated to the Tunguska-M and Kashtan weapon systems.
