Description: The Long Range Surface-to-Air Missile (LRSAM) is joint project between India and Israeli Aerospace Industry (IAI) of Israel. The LRSAM missile is intended as a direct competitor to ship-based surface-to-air missiles such as Standard Missile SM-2. As of early 2008, the project is still at its early stage of development.
