Description: The 64N6E is a long-range surveillance radar developed in the 1970s by the former Soviet Union to fit into the S-300 air defense system. It provides improved target acquisition capability at long ranges as well as battle management. The 64N6E air surveillance radar with a maximum detection range of 200 kilometers is integrated onto a 12x12 high mobility chassis. It entered service along the S-300 air defense system in 1978.
