Description: The Force Protection's Cheetah is an all-terrain, light armored vehicle specifically designed for reconnaissance, forward command and control, and urban operations. Force Protection claims that Cheetah results ideal for homeland security. The V-shaped hull combines state-of-the-art ballistic and mine blast protection with the mobility of a 4x4 vehicle. Powered by either Cummins QSB rated at 275-hp or ISB rated at 300-hp engines has a top speed of 75 mph (120 kph).
