Description: The Coyote is a 6x6 light tactical support vehicle derived from the Jackal 4x4 tactical vehicle. Its main purpose is to support United Kingdom's go-anywhere, high-mobility Jackals across harsh terrain carrying supplies such as water and ammunition. In November 2008, the Coyote along with the Husky and Wolfhound vehicles were chosen by the UK Ministry of Defense (MoD) as the preferred bidders for a £350 million´┐Żprogram for´┐Żaround 400 brand new armored support trucks to support military operations in Afghanistan.
