Description: The Desert Iris is a cost-effective, 4x4 non-armored light utility vehicle designed to meet the requirements of the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF). Using extensively Toyota parts and components the vehicle results more affordable through its life cycle. It can transport equipment, up to four soldiers and weapons such as 7.62mm or 12.7mm machine guns and TOW missile launcher. The Desert Iris 4x4 is powered by a Toyota 2.8l diesel engine developing 65 Kw.
