Description: The Sherpa 3A is a 4x4, all-terrain, light armored vehicle based on the Sherpa 3 military truck system. The all protected Sherpa 3A is intended to provide support to rapid reaction forces carrying a 3-ton payload. It features a reduced silhouette, a 7m3 armored body providing protection against ballistic threats and mines and a four-man crew. The Sherpa 3A light armored vehicle is air transportable and air droppable.

The 10-ton class Sherpa 3A is powered by a 4-cylinder Euro 4 220-hp diesel engine which allows for a top speed of 110 kph on road and a cruising range of 800 km at 70 kph with a 200-l fuel tank. Optional equipment includes: air conditioning, radio, add-on armor kits, engine speed control, central tire inflation system, adjustable steering wheel, roof-mounted 7.62mm or 12.7mm machine gun, heating system, etc.
