Description: The MSTA-B is a towed howitzer designed to engage stationary and moving targets using direct and indirect fire modes. It features a reduced weight to facilitate transport operations and can employ the Krasnopol laser-guided shell.

The MSTA-B towed howitzer was introduced in the Soviet Army in the 1980s. It was deployed during the military campaign in Chechnya.
