Description: South Korea's K200 is an amphibious armored personnel carrier developed by Daewoo Heavy Industries & Machinery, now Doosan Infracore, based on US AIFV. Doosan Infracore developed a complete family of armored vehicles based on the K200/Korean Infantry Fighting Vehicle tracked chassis. These vehicles are powered by a diesel engine rated at 350-hp and weigh roughly 13 tons. The Korean Army took delivery of first K200 vehicle in 1984. Several thousands vehicles have been produced for South Korea so far. Malaysia remains as the sole export customer.

K288A1 is a recovery vehicle derived from K200A1 armored personnel carrier. K288A1 has a crane and a winch and is able to tow or pull troubled and damaged vehicles.
