Description:
The Honeywell HTF7000 is a turbofan engine developed to power mid-size business jet applications. The first engine entered service in January 2005 on the Bombardier Challenger 300 corporate aircraft. Honeywell designed the HFT7000 engine to deliver higher levels of reliability and durability as well as lower operating costs compared with previous corporate jet engines.
To date, Bombardier Challenger 300 remains the primary application for the HTF7000 engine which is rated at 6,826 pounds of thrust.
