Description: The Honeywell HTF7500E is a derivative of HTF7000 turbofan launched in April 2008 to power the Embraer Mid-Size Jet (MSJ) and MidLight Jet (MLJ) business jets. The E-engine will feature new technology to achieve reduced emissions, improved fuel efficiency, reliability and dispatchability. The HTF7500E acoustic signature will be well under stage four noise requirements. Improved combustor technology will reduce NOx emissions substantially below current ICAO levels. Honeywell expects the new turbofan engine to be worth more than $23 billion to the company, including aftermarket, over the life of the MSJ/MLJ jets.
